HERSHEY BAR PIE

This is very quick ,easy, and delicious.It's great with a cup of coffee or a glass of milk.
INGREDIENTS -1 large hershey bar
                            1- 8 ounce cool whip
                            1-graham cracker pie crust(already prepared) or bake a frozen pie crust

Melt hershey bar in microwave until completely melted. Be careful not to leave too long in microwave.Stir after every 30 seconds in the microwave. Put cool whip in a large bowl and FOLD  in melted hershey bar. Place in pie crust and refrigerate or freeze. Enjoy!!



POTATOE SOUP

1 PACKAGE FROZEN DICED POTATOES
2 CANS CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
2 CANS CHICKEN BROTH
1 CUP MILK
SALT AND PEPPER
FLOUR TO THICKEN

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS OVER LOW HEAT.STIR OFTEN TO PREVENT BURNING.

TOP WITH BACON BITS AND SHREDDED CHEESE

THIS IS GREAT ON A COLD DAY !!VERY EASY AND DELICIOUS!!

CRESCENT ROLL BREAKFAST BAKE

1 CAN CRESCENT ROLLS
1 POUND SAUSAGE
2 CUPS MOZZARELLA AND MILD CHEDDAR CHEESE  ( I USE PIZZA BLEND)
4 EGGS
MILK
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

BROWN SAUSAGE AND DRAIN WELL. PRESS CRESCENT ROLLS INTO BOTTOM OF A GREASED 9" X 13" PAN. SPRINKLE WITH COOKED SAUSAGE, THEN CHEESE. MIX EGGS,MILK,SALT AND PEPPER AND POUR ON TOP. BAKE 425 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES. LET STAND 5 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.

THIS IS GREAT FOR BREAKFAST,BRUNCH OR EVEN SUPPER. THIS IS ONE OF MY FAMILYS FAVORITES. ENJOY!!


PUMPKIN-OAT BREAD-A GREAT FALL SNACK!!

1/2 cup regular butter,softened                    1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar            1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 large eggs,beaten                                        1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups canned pumpkin                                 1 1/2 cups uncooked quick oats
24 walnut halves                                           2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Pre heat oven to 350. Coat 10x15-inch baking dish with cooking spray(flour variety recommended). using an electric mixer,in a large bowl,cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.Add eggs and pumpkin;beat well.Add salt,pumkin pie spice,flour,oats, and baking soda:mix thoroughly.Pour batter into prepared baking dish and place walnut halves on top so there will be a walnut half in the center of each piece.Bake about 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean in the center.Cool and cut into 24 pieces. DELICIOUS-HOPE YOU ENJOY!
